Mineral oil is derived from the product of petroleum separation and belongs to higher-grade linear alkanes, while edible oils are glycerides of high-grade fatty acids. Edible vegetable oils are doped or mixed with mineral oils. The harm caused to the human body after being eaten by people is mainly acute poisoning and chronic poisoning. When acute poisoning is serious, it will cause oily pneumonia; chronic poisoning can cause dermatitis, acne and neurasthenia syndrome. This quick test kit is suitable for the rapid detection of contamination and mineral oil in toxic residual oils and suspected edible oils.

2检测原理

The saponification products of the latter are soluble in water, while the former cannot be saponified and is insoluble in water, resulting in turbidity or oily precipitation.

7Precautions
